Lecture; taught in-person or online.
Class Description:
We will talk about the beautiful initial capital letters called “cadeaux” or “cadels” — first introduced to the world in the very early 15th century. We’ll go through a visual history of these beautiful and sometimes complicated letters, and do a live dissection of some examples so you can better see how they are constructed.

In Person: no limit
Online: no limit
Classroom Space Requirements:
In Person: We will need enough chairs for the number of students.
Online: Being able to see the video is important and being able to share yourself on video is less important.
Are Children Welcome?
Children are always welcome at my classes if they are willing to listen.
